“Within a few days of being online we were getting hits from Sioux City, Iowa and Orange County, California.  We’re up in Southeastern Washington so that was pretty impressive to us to have people calling in from places we’ve never been, looking at sites in our community.  We’ve only been at this [process of using ZoomProspector] for a few months and we’ve already got a dental complex that’s going to bring 35 to 40 jobs. They used this ZoomProspector software to find their site.  Very certainly, it has already paid for itself in my estimation.”
–Ken Nelson, City of Kennewick, Economic Development Director

“A real estate agent in Orange County, California, found Kennewick’s website a week ago and used it to link up with Kirk Stricker, a commercial property agent for Windermere Real Estate in Kennewick.  ‘This is easy to use and is a good sales tool or our industry’ he said.”
